Tobar Bréanainn Holy Well On several previous visits to Kilmalkedar the local farmer had denied access to St Brendans House and Holy well, so I was delighted to learn the site was now open to the public. It is a spring well and is now enclosed by a modern wall. A series of stone steps lead down to it. The house is also known as the Priest's House and may have served as a residence for the local parish clerics during medieval times. There is another holy well situated in the field on the opposite side of the main road. St Brendan's oratory is also nearby. |

Situated: From Dingle head west on the R 559 then turn right for Baile na Fheirtearaigh , also the R 559. The well is on your right, located next to St Brendan's house about 7 kilometres from Dingle.
